my favorite stunt is "heal stretch double down"! my stunting TIPS:
Dont be scared... you'll only scare the other people in your stunt and then the stunt can be shaky and you dont want a shaky stunt!
Absolutely DO NOT do anything without a coach spotting
Flyers STAY TIGHT!
if you're loose you will feel heavier to your bases!
in pyramids *touch to connect hands* and if you fall DO NOT pull the rest of the pyramid down with you. let go! your bases will catch you that's their job.
bases- use your legs to lift a flyer it will make it easier.
